I love working out. It just gets the blood pumping and helps with making you feel good about yourself. Did you also know that it helps with circulating the blood flow to increase hair growth? 

Well for those of you who love to workout but have no idea how to wear your hair to maintain your style, then you came to the right place for some ideas. You can still look cute while working out with these styles. 

Normally when I workout, I will wear a pony tail towards the back, or else I will wear a bun similar to the one above.
