My struggles with my body has been a continuous thing of the past. I started off very underweight for years until I started taking weight gaining shakes, which resulted in a nice amount of weight. Every since then, which was around 2011, I have not been able to control my weight. Since 2011, my weight has not seen the likes of 150s or 160s, instead, I am seeing 180s with the highest being 197. YIKES! How did I allow myself to get there?

For the past three years, I have been trying to get my weight back to under 165 and it has not been working in my favor. I am still at 180. I am at my wits end with it and on the verge of giving up but I will not allow myself to do it. I am determined to meet my goal. AND I am determined to do it by my vacation which is this July 21st. That leaves me with exactly 8 weeks to get everything together.

Let me clear something up, I do not want to be skinny - been here, done that, hated it! My goal is to be toned, defined, and stacked with less fat. That is my goal. Just because you workout, does not mean you have to lose your curves. I love every curve of my body, just wish the fat didn't hang on to the curves.

Now the question is, how will I get to that point? Which workout program will get me the best results? Follow my next couple of posts to find out which program I will be proposing, and also you may find something that works for you as well.
