Today I started the "Black Girls Workout Too" DVD, the first one that they put out. I had great success with it before and hoping for the same results this round. My only concern is my eating habits. I eat anytime, anywhere, as long as it looks appetizing. You have to enjoy life right? 

Well since I have not been putting in all of my efforts this year in losing weight and toning up this body, I am determined to follow it for the month of June. So who is with me?


  1. You must follow a program every day. I am not talking about the meal plan of said program, but I'm talking about the workout itself.  
  2. The program you select must be guided by a routine. (Fitness Blender, BeachBody, etc.)
  3. You must workout at least three to five times a week for a minimum of 140 hours (which can mean only 20 minutes for seven days). I usually work out six days a week.
  4. No red meat.
  5. No rice.
  6. No pasta.
  7. No sauce. Ketchup, Mustard, Vinegar, Seasoning, Light Salad Dressing is okay.
  8. No soda. 
  9. One cup of juice is permitted a day. I advise you to save that cup for dinner.
  10. Must have salad as one of your meals for the day. Watch the dressing
  11. No snacks.
  12. No ordering out.
  13. Everything must be baked, boiled, or grilled.
  14. Eat small portions.
  15. Must drink at least 64 oz of water daily. You can add fruit to it for flavoring. If you are new to drinking water as I was, there is also a water challenge to follow. I will post at the bottom of this thread.
  16. Avoid the scale for 30 days.
  17. Fill up on mostly veggies and fruits when hungry, or want a snack.
  18. Document from beginning to end.
