My body is so sore around my waist and upper abdomen area. I supposed this was due to the small waist video I did last night. It actually feels good. I cannot wait to hurt this good for the next few weeks.

I gave you the workout details for Sundays/Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays/ and Saturdays. Now you will love this one, Wednesdays are rest days so yaaaay. A rest day and a semi-cheat day. Today I did well for Breakfast and Lunch, but then I bought ice cream (yummy) and some zebra cakes (mmmm) and also I ate a can of Spaghetti O's with Meatballs.

I know I will still show progress, because for the remaining days of the workouts, everything goes back to the same.
