SUMMER BODY CHALLENGE: DAY 5

To day will be a repeat of Sunday's workout, which you can see here. Only difference is today was a mini fail, not entirely though because I am still going to go hard working out. I say a mini fail due to me ordering Chinese takeout, yikes! Then had caramel cone cookie ice cream, a little more than half a cup. Other than that, I stayed on track. Hopefully if I put in enough "burn" I will still be able to see progress.

Keep pushing forward even if you slip because tomorrow and next week will come rather you pick back up where you left off or not. FACTS!
